Whatever your goals or plans in business, if you don't do something it won't happen. Sounds simple, almost stupid? That is the thing. As business owners how many of us have said I know I have to set up a system for that, or start a marketing campaign for this, or find out the legal implications of that, or write a policy for this, or find a way to leverage more time, or deal with that situation when you have time...only never to find time. By not acting you are simply failing to implement. This can be overcome by holding yourself accountable, something that is very hard to do.
No matter how important the task at hand is, we are always just so busy doing, working in our businesses and don't find time for them. That is where accountability coaching comes in. This one on one time with a very experienced accountability coach who has been there and done that will first help you prioritise your actions, hold you accountable to those actions in a time frame, and offer guidance to problems that might have cause inaction.
These coaching sessions are completely flexible - you can book for once a week, fortnight, month or quarter, what ever suits your needs or budget.
This service can be tailored to your specific needs in a certain area(s), and has qualified for the NZTE Capability Development Voucher Scheme.
